WHAT AYURVEDA IS?

Panchakarma is amazing because it eliminate toxins from the system, rebalance the Doshas, heal countless ailments and renew a sense of clarity and inner-peace.
INTRODUCTION TO PANCHAKARMA
Panchakarma is an immersive experience that requires the participant to stay in a Panchakarma facility for 5-21 days for the full treatment. Panchakarma means “five therapies” in Sanskrit. These five therapies are the most detoxifying treatments in Ayurvedic medicine, cleansing all channels of the body and removing toxins that may later cause illness. It basically takes an imbalanced body, lathers it up with oil and brings it back into balance.
The five traditional therapies of Panchakarma are:
- Basti – Herbalized oil enemas
- Nasya – Nasal irrigation
- Vamana – Therapeutic Vomiting
- Virechana – Purgation
- Raktamokshana – Blood Letting

AYURVEDIC SHIRODHARA (HEAD MASSAGE)

It increase the blood circulation eliminates the toxins and relives rheumatism, arthritis and sports injuries.
ABHYANGA (FULL BODY MASSAGE)
KATI BASTI (LOWER BACK THERAPY)
A Snarl circle of paste make by black gram or wheat flour known for their therapeutic qualities is placed startlingly on the lower back. Warm oil is then poured in to the depression by the ring of paste. This soothes muscular tissue, elevates pain and lubricants the disc and nerves.
JANU BASTI (KNEE THERAPY)
Specially Prepared warm lebal oil is Poured over the affected knee joint and retained inside, well sculpted paste of black gram for the required duration. it helps to alleviate. knee joint pain as well as pains from the surrounding areas.
NETRATARPAN (EYES THERAPY)
Netratarpan is known as Netra Basti. Netraatarpan is an Ayurvedic treatment focused on rejuvenating the eyes. We use organic ghee since it is deeply nourishing to the eyes, the optic nerve, and the muscular tissues that surround the eyes. Netra Basti treats tired eyes and is helpful for those with dry eyes, poor vision, or glaucoma.
NASYA (NASAL IRRIGATION)
Nasya is a kind of Panchakarma treatment for body cleansing a used in Ayurvedic medicine. Administration of drugs by the route of nasal cavity is termed as nasya, nāvana, nasya karma, etcetera are synonymous to nasya.
